Today I just want to say THANK YOU! To friends and family members, you've all made my day (multiple times) more than you realize.
My point? You never know when your phone call is exactly what someone needs to smiles. You never know when the text you send is exactly what they need to hear. And you never know when that one tiny action can make their entire day!
It's a powerful idea - that one minute of your time can lift someones spirits. And with that being said I encourage you to spread the love and smiles with texts, calls, nice gestures, etc. to friends family and strangers. The world is a better place when we share our happiness. :)
