The simple joys of fall

Rainy days, although sometimes dreary, are a great excuse to cuddle up with a cup of tea, good TV and new music. Last night it officially felt like the beginning of fall with the chill in the air and the cold raindrops - perfect for running and clearing my mind! The evening ended with a cup of my new favorite, cinnamon apple tea, and a homemade pumpkin cream cheese cupcake (which I highly suggest you try the recipe, it even rivals my favorite pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.)
